Exfoliating Back Scrub: A deep exfoliation massaged into the back which is followed by a soothing cream enhanced with essential oils.

Exfoliating Salt Scrub Wrap: Purify and tighten your skin while improving circulation.

Mud Wrap: Starting with a body buffing followed by the mineral enriching mud soaking into your body's skin completed with a smoothing cream creating a smooth revitalized feel to your skin.

Paraffin Dip: Paraffin is often placed on the hands and feet however it can also be placed on other areas with inflammation, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or areas that just need skin softening such as knees, shoulders, or back. Please be specific as to where you would like your treatment before the session begins. The entire session takes 30 to 45 min depending on how much is being covered. It is highly suggested to hydrate well before and after.

Paraffin Wrap: Has the potential to ease joint pain, increase circulation, and moisturize your skin with a soothing Paraffin Wrap. It is suggested that paraffin dips and paraffin wraps are kept at least a week to a week and a half apart.

Ear Candling: We use Biosun ear candles which are certified in Germany for use as a medical device. There are a lot of myths about Ear Candling and misinformation out there so if there are any specific questions please email KMathews@MassageTherapy.com. Our ear candles are free from paraffin, have a safety filter in them to capture residue and unburned wax. The amount of time it takes for each session may very however we suggest planning on 45 to 60 min.

It is always a good idea to connect with your primary care doctor before beginning any new type of treatment.
